Subscription terms

In general

At ZoZozial Coffee, you can sign up for a flexible subscription solution, where you have full choice over what type and what weight your coffee should have, as well as how often you want to have your coffee delivered. 

By accepting our subscription terms, you have also accepted that you have reached the age of 18 and are of legal age.

You can always see your past and present subscriptions via under login and “My account” and then “Subscriptions”. Please note that all agreements are entered into in Danish. You can only order coffee by subscription via our website.

Order confirmation

When ordering a coffee subscription, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail after placing an order. Please check as soon as possible whether this is in accordance with your order. If your order is defective, please contact as soon as possible. 


When we deduct the money from your account, you will receive an e-mail as a receipt which contains the following: transaction number, item and amount. 

Undo by subscription

Under Danish consumer law, there is no right of withdrawal of food. Should you wish to cancel a pruchased subscription, you must do so before delivery by logging in to your account and stopping your subscription.

If for any reason you want to cancel or move an order, it must be done the day before at the latest. 

Binding and termination

We have no lock-in period on our coffee subscription and you can therefore cancel it whenever you want, undless it is the day befor shipment. You need to log in to “my account” and unsubscribe. 

Under “my account” you can always change the interval, postpone delivery, suspend and cancel your description.


When ordering a coffee subscription with ZoZozial Coffee Roasters ApS, you pay with the following payment cards: Visa and MasterCard. 

Cardholder will be deducted for the actual delivery when placing the order. Thereafter, it is at each subsequent delivery.

You can always update your credit card information by login in to “my account”

Change of coffee subscription

You can always change your subscription. Log in to “my account” select “subscriptions” here you can change products, delivery sequence, hold (max 2 times), delete subscription and change payment information.

Your personal information

When you sign up for a subscription, you give us your personal information: name, address, e-mail and card information. We take care of these information and use it only for the purpose of delivering the item to you and to handle your subscription. ZoZozial does not sell or disclose your information and we do not record any personally sensitive information.

Mis maintenance

If you do not maintain your subscription agreement terms, ZoZozial will be entitled to cancel your subscription without notice.
