What is Cold Brew?

Just to make clear: not alle coffee is Cold Brew. Cold Brew is coffee which has been brewed with cold water. When you cold brew the coffee you will get a natural low acidity and mild sweetness. It also means that the coffee is without the bitterness that occur in hot brewed coffee. That means that you can drink it without dairy and sugar.

Some people even think that cold brew and Iced coffee is the same: It could not be more wrong. Cold Brew is brewed in cold water and Iced Coffee is hot brewed and cooled down. Therefore, the Iced Coffee still have the bitterness from the hot brewed coffee and might need sweetness or dairy

The difference is also that in cold brew you use much more coffee to extract the coffee in cold water and makes it more expensive to produce than a normal cup of coffee/espresso.
