ZoZozial® Cold Brew is a real cold brew – brewed in cold Danish water for many hours.

ZoZozial use premium 100% Arabica beans from Indonesia, South- and Central America.

When we brew the Cold Brew in cold water, we get a smooth coffee with natural sweetness and no bitterness.

Drink it as a “soft” Drink directly from the fridge – if you like you kan add some Ice or milk as well.

What is Cold Brew?

Just to make clear: not all coffee is Cold Brew, Cold Brew is coffee has been brewed with cold water. When you cold brew the coffee you will get a natural low acidity and mild sweetness. It also means that the coffee is without the bitterness that occure in hot brewed coffee. This means that you can drink it without dairy and sugar. 

Some people even think that cold brew and iced coffee is the same: it could not be more wrong. Cold Brew is brewed in cold water and iced coffee is hot brewed and cooled down. Therefore the Iced coffee still have the bitterness from the hot brewed coffee and might need sweetness or dairy.

The difference is also that in cold brew you use much more coffee to extract the coffee in cold water and that makes it more expensive to produce than a normal cup of coffee/espresso.

The coffee beans is hand- and batch roasted carefully in our Giesen 15kg and 60kg cast iron drum roasters by our qualified roasters, to ensure the desired flavors and aromas are captured for a perfect taste and consistent quality.

We only roast premium Grade 1 beans from the best coffee producing countries in the world. The coffee beans have a SCA score on 82 and up, in fact the most is 84 which is a very high score. We are also a member of the SCA – Specialty Coffee Association.

All our coffee is 100% Arabica and either organic, organic/Fairtrade or Rainforest Alliance certified form farmers all over the world.
