Ordering products: The legal basis for our processing of your personal data follows from Article 6 (1) of the GDPR. 1, letter b – fulfillment of contract to which the data subject is a party when ordering products from us. 

Subscription and Newsletter subscription: The legal basis for our processing of your personal data follows from Article 6 (1) of the GDPR. 1, letter a – consent of the processing of your personal data.

We process the following categories of personal information about you:

General personal information: Name, address, telephone number and e-mail.

We leave your personal information to our data processor, which we use in connection with the hosting of our website, which therefore stores our information we recieve from here. They do not use sub-data processors and hosting, including storage of personal information, takes place in Danish data centers.

We have received your information directly from you and do not receive information about you from other sources, cf., however, our Cookie policy, in relation to the specific cookies you have agreed to, including the information we receive from you there.

We store your personal information in accordance with Accounting Act, section 10, subsection.1, and stores your information for 5 years from the end the financial year to which the material relates.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you have given your consent and you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us at contact informatin provided above. If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the legality of our processing of your personal data on the basis ouf your previously given consent and up the time of the withdrawal. Therefore, if your withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from this time.
