At ZoZozial® we use the top five percent of organic/organic Fairtrade coffee produced in the world, this means that the coffee is of the best quality and therefore we can roast the coffee more gently and with more unique flavor and notes in the beans.
SLOW HAND- AND BATCH ROAST
Our coffee is slow- and hand roasted in our 15 kg and 60 kg Giesen iron cast drum roasters from Holland. In contrast to the large coffee industri, where coffee is roasted at extremely temperature for only few minutes.
We roast after order several times a week, this mean that you will always receive fresh roasted coffee with a long shelf life.
